This is a small static motorcycle blog. There are no accounts, no comments, and no forms here except the newsletter signup.
Analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless: it doesn't set cookies or use local storage, and it doesn't fingerprint visitors or track you across sites. It reports aggregate data like page path, referrer, browser, country, and page load timing. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard request data (like IP address) to serve and protect the site.
Newsletter
The "Get the Garage Notes" signup is run by Buttondown. If you subscribe, your email address is sent to and stored by Buttondown and used only to send new garage posts. Every email has an unsubscribe link. See Buttondown's privacy policy.
YouTube videos
Post pages show a video preview image loaded from YouTube's image server (i.ytimg.com). The video player itself only loads when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once it plays, YouTube/Google may set cookies or use similar storage under Google's privacy policy. Links to YouTube and X take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
Ads
There are no ads on the site right now. In the future the site may show ads through Google AdSense. If that happens, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technology to serve and measure ads, including ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage personalized ads at Google Ad Settings and read how Google uses data from sites that use its services. This page will be updated before ads are turned on, along with any consent notice required where you live.
