As promised, the after-dark test of the LED markers on my 1986 Honda Shadow. About 8:16 Central, LED flasher relay installed.

Running lights on, and no more ticking noise from the blinker.

Around back: flasher in the middle, brake and marker lights on the outside. The center brake light is still incandescent. Very visible, especially for smoked lenses. Better than I expected. I've gotten compliments. All the brake lights come on, which I was a little worried about.

Up front: the halogen headlight is still in the middle. Not upgraded yet. It runs hot; you can see the bugs going for it. The LED markers on either side flicker a little. I'd guess a ballast resistor would solve it.

The markers double as driving lights, and you can see the extra lit area on the road. The halogen looks yellowish next to them.

The CustomLED relay slowed my blinkers to normal instead of the rabbit blinking.

I'd like new gauges eventually, but clusters that size are about $600 each.

Thanks to the Honda Shadow group for the help.
